Automobile means a. A private passenger car; b. A pickup or van that: (1) Has a Gross Vehicle Weight of less than 10,000 lbs; and (2) Is not used for the delivery or transportation of goods and materials unless such use is: (a) Incidental to your business of installing, maintaining or repairing furnishings or equipment; or (b) For farming or ranching. The term automobile does not include a motor home.

  • Commercial Automobile Insurance If the Grantee’s duties include the use of a commercial vehicle, the Grantee shall maintain automobile liability, bodily injury, and property damage coverage. Insuring clauses for both bodily injury and property damage shall provide coverage on an occurrence basis. The Department, its employees, and officers shall be named as an additional insured on any automobile insurance policy.
