Availability of Collective Agreement. The Institute and the Union desire every employee to be familiar with provisions of this Agreement, and his rights and duties under it. For this reason, the Union will print the Agreement, and the Union will give a copy to each employee. The Collective Agreement shall be accessible to employees in the bargaining unit on the Institute’s computer network in a readable format as determined by the Institute.
