AVAILABLE COVERAGES. The following basic insurance coverages shall be made available to all eligible DFSA members who are 0.75 FTE or greater in their assigned position: 1. Single Health Insurance: Group medical insurance, including vision and dental care, covering each eligible DFSA member shall be provided for each eligible member, subject to the terms of the policy or plan in force. 2. Dependent Health Insurance: The same group medical coverage, including vision and dental care, provided for members shall be made available to their eligible dependents, subject to the terms of the policy or plan in force. 3. Single Life Insurance: Basic life insurance coverage in the principal amount of $15,000.00 shall be provided for each eligible member subject to the terms of the policy or plan in force. Additional life insurance shall also be made available subject to the terms of the policy or plan in force.
