Avoid Conflict of Interest. During the course of my employment, I shall inform the Company before accepting any employment, consulting or other relationship with another person or entity (i) in any field related to the Company’s line of business, or (ii) in a position that requires a significant time commitment. Lack of objection by the Company regarding any particular outside activity does not in any way reduce my obligations under this Agreement.
