Personal Interest. By law, the Agent must declare whether there is a personal interest in the sale of the Property. To assist the Agent to fulfill this obligation the Client is asked to indicate any personal association with the Agent of which the Client is aware. If the Client is, or thinks they may be, a close relative or have any business interests with the Agent, the Client should let the Agent know immediately.

Personal Interest. Under the Estate Agents Xxx 0000, Balfours are required to disclose to prospective purchasers any family relationship or business association between the vendor and any employee or member of Balfours. When Balfours are aware of such a declarable interest, the relevant disclosure will be made in all sales brochures. If you are aware of any such relationship, you should notify Balfours as soon as possible with full details.

This suspension of marketing, for any reason will count as a Marketing Hiatus and our Exclusive Period will go on hold and resume when active marketing begins. Both the seller and Agent have a duty to ensure that any information provided about the property is accurate and not misleading. No information may be omitted which may impact on a prospective buyer’s transactional decision. You agree to check the sales particulars and notify us of any inaccuracies. You must also confirm any information provided by you is true and be able to supply documentary evidence to substantiate any claims made. We retain the copyright to all advertising material used to market the property and reserve the right to use it for marketing initiatives following completion.
