Award Consideration. To be considered for award, Applicants must execute Exhibit A, Affirmations and Solicitation Acceptance v1.6 of this solicitation and provide all other required information and documentation set for on this solicitation.

Award Consideration. The following factors will be considered in determining the lowest responsible bidder: Overall quality, Conformity with specifications both general and specific, Purposes for which materials or services are required, Delivery dates and time required for delivery, Unit acquisition cost, financial ability to meet the contract, previous performance, facilities and equipment, availability of repair parts, experience, delivery promise, terms of payments, compatibility as required, other costs, and other objective and accountable factors which are reasonable.

Award Consideration. An employee is eligible and entitled to consideration for an award if the NRC adopts his/her suggestion in whole or in part, or in modified form within two years after an initial decision not to adopt the suggestion was made by the responsible official.   • OPTION CONSIDERATION As consideration for this Option to Purchase Agreement, the Buyer/ Tenant shall pay the Seller/Landlord a non-refundable fee of Dollars ($ ), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Seller/Landlord. This amount shall be credited to the purchase price at closing if the Buyer/Tenant timely exercises the option to purchase, provided that the Buyer/Tenant: (a) is not in default of the Lease Agreement, and (b) closes the conveyance of the Property. The Seller/Landlord shall not refund the fee if the Buyer/Tenant defaults in the Lease Agreement, fails to close the conveyance, or otherwise does not exercise the option to purchase.

  • Settlement Consideration 2. In consideration of the full settlement, satisfaction, compromise and release of the Released Plaintiffs’ Claims, an aggregate $115 million in cash (the “Escrow Amount”) shall be paid on behalf of the Settling Defendants to Freeport by the D&O Carriers. The Settling Defendants shall cause the Escrow Amount to be deposited by the D&O Carriers into an interest-bearing escrow account controlled by an agreed upon representative of Plaintiffs and of the Settling Defendants (the “Escrow Account”) within fifteen (15) business days after the Stipulation is submitted to the Court. Upon the Effective Date, the Escrow Amount, together with any and all interest thereon, shall be paid to Freeport from the Escrow Account. For the avoidance of doubt, the Settling Defendants shall have no obligation to deposit any portion of the Escrow Amount into the Escrow Account but shall have an obligation to take all reasonably available steps to seek to cause the D&O Carriers to deposit the Escrow Amount into the Escrow Account.

  • Cash Option [ ] (a) The Employer may permit a Participant to elect to defer to the Plan, an amount not to exceed % of any Employer paid cash bonus made for such Participant for any year. A Participant must file an election to defer such contribution at least fifteen (15) days prior to the end of the Plan Year. If the Employee fails to make such an election, the entire Employer paid cash bonus to which the Participant would be entitled shall be paid as cash and not to the Plan. Amounts deferred under this section shall be treated for all purposes as Elective Deferrals. Notwithstanding the above, the election to defer must be made before the bonus is made available to the Participant.
