Repair Parts a. Contractor shall guarantee the availability of repair parts for a minimum of five
b. All Device components, spare parts, application software, and ancillary Devices that are supplied under any resulting Master Agreement, must conform to Manufacturer specifications.
c. Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that any repair parts are operable and installed in accordance with Manufacturer specifications.
d. Repair parts may be new, reconditioned, reprocessed or recovered.
Repair Parts. KMC shall manufacture and supply repair parts for the Production Instruments as required by Gen-Probe, pursuant to Gen-Probe's purchase orders for such parts, to support Gen-Probe's United States and overseas field service. KMC and Gen-Probe shall agree upon a repair parts list and a price list by August 30, 2001. Gen-Probe shall provide to KMC separate forecasts and binding purchase orders (together with security substantially as provided for under Section 6.5(in form and substance satisfactory to KMC) to secure payment for same) for such repair parts.
Repair Parts. 1) Awarded Vendor(s) shall guarantee the availability of repair parts for a minimum of five (5) years after the Purchasing Entity’s Acceptance of any Device.
2) All Device components, spare parts, application software, and ancillary Equipment that is supplied under any resulting Master Agreement, must conform to Manufacturer specifications.
3) Awarded Vendor(s) shall be responsible for ensuring that any repair parts are operable and installed in accordance with Manufacturer specifications.

Repair Parts. ABB repair parts required but not included with original Proposal will be invoiced at list price.
Repair Parts. (Select applicable response)
a. Repair parts may be obtained by purchase from commercial sources.
b. Repair parts may be obtained by purchase through a Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO), at no cost to the Government, in the same manner as authorized the general public, or by transfer from a DRMO authorized by AR 755-2. c. Repair parts may be obtained from the lender by Supply Support Agreement (DD FORM 1144).
Repair Parts. 2.4.1. The pricing for repair parts shall be based on a firm, fixed percentage discount from manufacturers published list price. The discount offered shall remain firm throughout the life of the contract.
2.4.2. Repair parts shall be invoiced at list price less the Contractor’s discount percentage, as specified in Appendix B of this contract.
2.4.3. All parts removed and replaced shall be retained for inspection by MDFR for a period of fourteen (14) calendar days after the unit is returned to the County.
Repair Parts. 3A.13.1 As part of Basic Services, Contractor shall provide all parts necessary to perform the Maintenance Services. Contractor shall consider stocking fast moving parts versus obtaining parts out of town (not available within Houston/Galveston Region) to avoid VOC. Contractor shall provide parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications for replacement parts. Rebuilt parts may be used only if they meet or exceed the specification requirements of the original OEM. Used parts may be used only on an exception basis, with advance written approval of HAS. Contractor shall be able to fabricate hoses and have other parts fabricated when required (weld, cut, lathe work, etc.).
3A.13.2 Contractor shall dispose of defective parts and materials that are removed from HAS vehicles/equipment at its expense as part of Basic Services. 3A.14 TIRES
Repair Parts. 6.1 All repair parts will be billed at the contractor’s cost with a 15% mark-up allowed. The vendor shall submit as backup documentation a copy of the original purchase invoice(s) as proof of cost for parts. This must accompany the job invoice for the agency to process payment for the services performed. If no purchase invoice is available for proof of cost for repair parts, MTS may verify current market value and if necessary alter the payment invoice to reflect market price.
6.2 The Contractor guarantees that all parts supplied in conjunction with the services to be rendered are genuine, standard new stock products specifically designed and manufactured for use with original equipment and are identical in all aspects to original equipment manufacturer’s replacement parts; also, that no part shall be substituted contrary to the manufacturer’s recommendation. Every replacement part delivered shall be guaranteed against faulty material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Any faulty part shall be immediately replaced by the Bidder at no cost to MTS. All materials shall be itemized on the invoice.
Repair Parts. All parts which are removed from any of Buyer’s equipment and replaced by Towlift while performing the Services shall become the property of Towlift.
Repair Parts. All parts which are removed from the equipment and replaced shall become the property of MICROPROSS. Any reuse, transfer, assignment, or distribution of Support without the prior written permission of MICROPROSS is prohibited. Any attempt to transfer, assign, or redistribute Support or Maintenance in violation of this section shall be a violation of the Contract and shall immediately terminate the Agreement and all of Customer’s rights under it.
