Award Payment. a. All payments made under this Agreement shall be on a reimbursement basis. These reimbursement monies are from CFDA 21.027. In order to obtain reimbursement for expenditures, the SUBRECIPIENT must file with the COUNTY, through the portal, its request for reimbursement and any other information required to justify and support the payment request. Reimbursement requests may be submitted as frequently as monthly. The final reimbursement request is due on or before January 10, 2025, for costs incurred through December 31, 2024.
