Award Recipient. 12.1 The Fundholder shall ensure that the Award Recipient specified in Item B performs the activities specified in the relevant Application in relation to the Award and in accordance with this Agreement.

  • GRANTEE Grantee will be in default under this Grant upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
