AWARD VARIATIONS. 22.1 The parties agree to review and finalise the topics detailed in Appendix 5 by 30 June 2008.
22.2 If following completion of the review agreement cannot be reached, the CE, DPC or the relevant employee association may refer the issue to the Industrial Relations Commission of South Australia in accordance with clause 29, Grievance and Dispute Avoidance Procedures.
AWARD VARIATIONS. The following matters were agreed as part of the negotiations for a new Agreement but will not be part of the new Agreement. Instead, there will be Award variations to the TasTAFE Teaching Staff Award which will occur at the same time a new teacher Agreement is registered. TEACHER UNDER SUPERVISION
AWARD VARIATIONS. The Union undertakes that during the period of operation of the Agreement there shall be no further wage increase, sought, or granted, except for those provided under the terms of this Agreement.
