TEACHER AGREEMENT. 1. The Teacher agrees to be employed on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Teacher agrees to be subject to the general supervision of and act pursuant to the orders, advise and direction of the Provider. Teacher agrees to devote full-time efforts, as an employee of Provider, to the employment duties and obligations as described in this Agreement. The services or work to be performed by the Teacher are included in Attachment A. 3. The Teacher agrees to enroll in the Georgia Professional Development System (GaPDS) and provide all required supporting documents prior to performing any work or services under this Agreement. 4. The Teacher will attend annual trainings to meet and maintain the Professional Learning Requirements set forth in the Pre-K Providers’ Operating Guidelines. The Provider and Teacher will develop a Professional Learning Plan for Teacher to use as a tool to help plan a career, guide development and assess progress toward professional learning goals. The Professional Learning Plan should include identified areas for improvement and growth, specific professional learning activities to address these areas (including Pre-K training attended), timelines for completion, hours accrued, and reviews of progress toward goals. 5. The Teacher understands and agrees that any additional compensation the Provider pays to the Teacher from non-DECAL funds in the form of bonuses or other similar incentive compensation will rest in the sole discretion of the Provider.

TEACHER AGREEMENT. EMMAUS Primary School makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied for the service it is providing. The Primary School does not have control of the information on the Internet. Certain sites accessible via the Internet may contain material that is illegal, defamatory, inaccurate or potentially offensive to some people. The Internet user is responsible for NOT pursuing material that could be considered offensive. The Primary School specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its service and assumes no responsibility for any damages you suffer. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, mis-deliveries, service interruptions or alterations, even if these disruptions arise from circumstances under the control of the Primary School. It is also understood that the Primary School checks Teachers activity, on a random basis, both on the Internet through a ‘user log system’ and whilst Teachers are on the computer. As an added safety feature, any emails that are sent which contain profane language are blocked and are sent to the Primary School Administration email address and are dealt with according to the terms of this policy. These monitoring devices have been put in place to ensure your safety whilst using the ICT facilities available at EMMAUS. Before using the EMMAUS Primary School Internet and Computer network facility, the Teacher must sign below indicating that you are aware of and agree to abide by the above requirements You also understand that from time to time the Primary School can make amendments to the policy. Any amendments will be communicated through the Primary School Newsletter.

  • Further Agreement The Primary Servicer and the Master Servicer each agree to execute and deliver to the other such reasonable and appropriate additional documents, instruments or agreements as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the purposes of this Agreement.

  • OTHER AGREEMENTS, ETC It is understood that any of the shareholders, Trustees, officers and employees of the Fund may be a shareholder, director, officer or employee of, or be otherwise interested in, the Manager, and in any person controlled by or under common control with the Manager, and that the Manager and any person controlled by or under common control with the Manager may have an interest in the Fund. It is also understood that the Manager and any person controlled by or under common control with the Manager may have advisory, management, service or other contracts with other organizations and persons and may have other interests and business.

  • Cooperation Agreement If a Cooperating Institution is appointed, the Fund shall enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the Cooperating Institution setting forth the terms and conditions of its appointment.

  • TEACHER ASSIGNMENT A. No later than thirty (30) days prior to the end of the school year, all teachers shall be given an opportunity to voluntarily fill out preference sheets indicating their preferences, in order of priority, of grade level and type of program on that grade level, with the understanding that where reasonably possible such preferences will be honored. B. Not later than the last work day for teachers in June all teachers shall be given written notice of their assignments for the forthcoming year. Teachers shall be given an opportunity to discuss their assignments with their Principals. If the Principal proposes changes to the assignment which may include transfer to another school, all teachers affected shall be notified promptly. Changes in teachers’ assignments later than the fifteenth day of August preceding the commencement of the school year shall be made only in an emergency situation. An emergency situation shall be defined as provided for in Article I, Section 1.5. C. No change in assignment during the school year shall be made without ten (10) school days notice and discussion prior to the change. D. Any assignment in addition to or in lieu of the normal teaching schedule, during the regular school year, shall not be obligatory but shall be with the consent of the teacher. Such assignments will be given to teachers regularly employed in the school system on a rotating basis.

  • Other Agreement The provisions of this Section 5 shall not supersede or otherwise affect any agreement that the Company and the Selling Shareholder may otherwise have entered into for the allocation of such expenses between them.

  • Formal Agreement If the above Agreement and relating exhibits thereto are acceptable, would you please execute the acceptance and acknowledgment hereinafter provided, upon which this letter will become a binding agreement between us.

  • Termination Agreement 8.01 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, WESTERN, at its sole option, may terminate either a Purchase Order or this Agreement at any time by giving fourteen (14) days written notice to CONSULTANT, whether or not a Purchase Order has been issued to CONSULTANT. 8.02 In the event of termination of either a Purchase Order or this Agreement, the payment of monies due CONSULTANT for work performed prior to the effective date of such termination shall be paid within thirty (30) days after receipt of an invoice as provided in this Agreement. Upon payment for such work, CONSULTANT agrees to promptly provide to WESTERN all documents, reports, purchased supplies and the like which are in the possession or control of CONSULTANT and pertain to WESTERN.
