Policyholder The (legal) person(s) who takes out the insurance or his legal successor(s). Suicide: The intentional or unintentional ending of one's own life.
Return Policy You will properly disclose to the Cardholder, at the time of the transaction and in accordance with the Rules, any limitation you have on accepting returned merchandise.
Union Policy Grievance The Union may institute a grievance consisting of an allegation of a general misinterpretation or a violation by the Employer of this Agreement in writing at Step Number 2 of the grievance procedure, providing that it is presented within ten (10) working days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have originated or occurred. However, it is expressly understood that the provisions of this clause may not be used to institute a grievance directly affecting an employee or employees which such employee or employees could themselves initiate as an individual or group grievance and the regular grievance procedure shall not be thereby bypassed.
Policy Grievance Where either Party disputes the general application, interpretation or alleged violation of an article of this Agreement, the dispute shall be discussed initially with the Employer or the Union, as the case may be, within thirty (30) days of the occurrence. Where no satisfactory agreement is reached, either Party may submit the dispute to arbitration, as set out in Article 10.
Employer Policies Employees shall be governed by written policies adopted by the Employer as publicized on bulletin boards, or by general distribution, provided such policies are not in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement.
Schedule of Underlying Insurance Policies If Umbrella or Excess policy is evidenced to comply with minimum limits, a copy of the Underlying Schedule from the Umbrella or Excess insurance policy may be required.
Union Policy Grievance or Employer Grievance A Union policy grievance or an Employer grievance may be submitted to the Employer or the Union, as the case may be, in writing, within ten (10) work days of the time circumstances upon which the grievance is based were known or should have been known by the griever. A meeting between the Employer and the Union shall be held within five (5) work days of the presentation of the written grievance and shall take place within the framework of Step 3 of Article 22.05
Required Policies and Coverages Without limiting any liabilities or any other obligations of Seller under this Agreement, Seller shall secure and continuously carry with an insurance company or companies rated not lower than “B+” by the A.M. Best Company the insurance coverage specified below:
Insurance Policy The Employer agrees to remit to the Union an amount to be applied toward the payment of a premium by the Union for an insurance policy which provides a defense attorney to represent all members of the bargaining unit when they are charged with a criminal act that results from events occurring while the bargaining unit member was acting in an official capacity. The maximum amount payable during the term of the Agreement shall be seven dollars ($7.00) per member per month.

Where no satisfactory agreement is reached, either party, within a further 14 calendar days, may submit the dispute to arbitration, as set out in Article 9 of this agreement.
