B1 Contract Price Sample Clauses

B1 Contract Price. B1.1 The Contract Prices and rates, as shown in the appropriate Schedules of the Contract, shall remain fixed for the initial twenty four Month period starting from the Operational Date. Prices will then be subject to review based on a price index previously agreed between the Client and the Contractor.

B1 Contract Price. B1.1 The Contract Prices and Rates shall remain fixed for the whole Contract Period. For the purpose of this contract the definition of fixed price is the maximum unit (hourly) charge that can be applied.
B1 Contract Price. B1.1 The Contract Prices and rates, as shown in the appropriate Schedules of the Contract, shall remain fixed for the initial twelve-month period starting from the Commencement Date. Prices will then be subject to annual reviews on each anniversary of Commencement Date. Price reviews will not exceed the average percentage (%) change in the consumer price index from the beginning to the end of the previous twelve months.
