To bond with the employee’s newborn or placement of a child in an employee’s family through adoption or xxxxxx care, an employee eligible for baby/child bonding leave pursuant to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and California Family Rights Act (CFRA) may use sick leave credits for such baby/child bonding leave.
