  • Back-Up Contractor shall maintain a separate back-up system for its electronic data processing functions and a duplicate data file which is updated regularly and stored off-site in a secured, controlled environment. Contractor’s back-up system shall comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, those relating to privacy and confidentiality, and shall be designed to meet or exceed industry standards regarding the preservation of access to data.

  • Back-up Copies Customer may make a reasonable number of copies of the installed Software solely for back-up purposes. All copies of the Software, including translations, compilations and partial copies, are governed by this Agreement.

  • Call Back Pay 1. When an employee returns to work because of an agency/department request made after the employee has completed his or her normal work shift and left the work station, the employee shall be credited with four (4) hours work plus any hours of work in excess of four (4) hours in which the employee is continuously engaged in work for which he or she was called back.

  • Back Pay The resolution of a grievance shall not include provisions for back pay retroactive further than twenty (20) working days prior to the date the grievance is filed. However, if with the exercise of reasonable diligence the act or omission being grieved was not discovered within 10 working days of its occurrence, and the grievance is subsequently timely filed pursuant to Section 3, then the resolution of the grievance may include provision for back pay for a maximum period of one year from the date the grievance was filed.

  • T erm This Agreement and the Information Services Franchise granted hereunder will commence upon the Effective Date and will continue until and including the ten-year anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Initial Term”), unless earlier terminated as described herein.
