Message Content. Royal Bank will not examine any optional message or information accompanying an e-Transfer or e-Transfer Request Money, including but not limited to Remittance Data, and Royal Bank assumes no responsibility for the contents of such messages or information. Communication should not be addressed to Royal Bank, any other financial institution, or Interac, using the optional message. The Customer is responsible for the contents of any messages or information sent or received using this Service, and is prohibited from sending or receiving a message or information that is potentially harmful in any way (“Harmful Content”). For greater certainty, “Harmful Content” includes: (i) information or content that is harmful to Royal Bank, the Sender, Recipient, Requestor, Responder, or any other Person; (ii) personal information of an individual unless the individual has provided appropriate consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of the personal information in accordance with Applicable Laws, including personal information protection laws; (iii) a uniform resource identifier such as a uniform resource locator (URL), hyperlink, Disabling Code, or deceptive or malicious content; (iv) content or information that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, relates to illegal activities, or the inclusion or transmission of which is otherwise in contravention of Applicable Laws; (v) content or information that infringes intellectual property rights; and/or (vi) content or information intended to market products or services. The Customer will indemnify and hold harmless Royal Bank for any Losses arising in connection with this Service, including as a result of any messages or information sent or received using this Service.
Message Content. The Client is responsible for the contents of any messages or information sent or received using this Funds Transfer Service, including the Message Details, and is prohibited from sending or receiving a message or information that contains Malicious Content.

ATB Financial will not examine any optional message or information accompanying any Interac e-Transfer, including any Message Detail, and ATB Financial assumes no responsibility for the contents of such messages or information. Communication should not be addressed to ATB Financial, any other financial institution, or Interac, using the optional message.
9.13.1 The Client is responsible for the contents of any messages or information sent or received using this Interac e-Transfer Service, and is prohibited from sending or receiving a message or information that contains Malicious Content.
9.13.2 If Interac reasonably believes, in its sole discretion, that any Malicious Content is being transmitted in any optional message or information accompanying any Interac e-Transfer, including any Message Detail, Interac may elect to:
(a) remove all or a portion of such optional message or information, including any Message Detail, from the Interac e-Transfer before processing the Interac e-Transfer; or
(b) not process the Interac e-Transfer altogether.
9.13.3 If ATB Financial is informed of or is otherwise made aware of Malicious Content in any optional message or information accompanying any Interac e-Transfer, including any Message Detail, ATB Financial may notify Interac, subject to applicable laws.
9.13.4 The Client discharges and releases ATB Financial from, and will indemnify and hold ATB Financial harmless for any Claims arising in connection with this Interac e-Transfer Service, including as a result of any messages or information sent or received using this Interac e-Transfer Service.

Any email sent by an Affiliate that promotes Tori Belle Cosmetics, the Tori Belle opportunity, or products and services, it must comply with the following: • There must be a functioning return email address to the sender. • There must be a notice in the email that advises the recipient that they may reply to the email, via the functioning return email address, to request that future email solicitations or correspondence not be sent to them (i.e., a functioning “opt-out” notice). • The email must clearly and conspicuously disclose that the message is an advertisement or solicitation. • The use of deceptive subject lines and/or false header information is prohibited. • All opt-out requests, whether received by email or regular mail, must be honored immediately, and in no case in more than 10 business days. • The message must clearly identify the Affiliate by name and state that the message is from that Affiliate, not from the Tori Belle Cosmetics, LLC. corporate office. The Company may periodically send commercial emails on behalf of Affiliates. By entering into the Independent Sale Agreement, an Affiliate agrees that the Company may send such emails and that the Affiliate’s email addresses will be included in such emails as outlined above. Affiliates shall honor opt-out requests generated as a result of such emails sent by the Company or otherwise provided to Affiliate by the Company in accordance with the above requirements.
Message Content. The Parties agree to exchange Direct Messages of Users. With the exception of routine maintenance and other transient outages, each Party shall not intentionally prevent or delay the incoming or outgoing transmission or receipt of any message to its intended recipient under this Agreement, and each Party shall not alter the content of any such message except as required for software compatibility. The Parties do not validate or enforce clinical document standards on the content enclosed in Direct Messages.
