Call-Back Pay definition

Call-Back Pay means extra pay for eligible employees who are directed by the appointing authority to report back to work outside of their regular scheduled work hours that are not contiguous to the beginning or the end of their scheduled work hours.

Examples of Call-Back Pay in a sentence

  • Employees who are actually called back to work shall be compensated pursuant to the Call-Back Pay article.

More Definitions of Call-Back Pay

Call-Back Pay. An employee who is called back to work following the completion of his regularly scheduled work and who has left the Company’s property will be paid two hours regular pay or provided a minimum of two hours work at the Company’s discretion.
