Call-Back Pay definition

Call-Back Pay means extra pay for eligible employees who are directed by the appointing authority to report back to work outside of their regular scheduled work hours that are not contiguous to the beginning or the end of their scheduled work hours.
Call-Back Pay means pay for an unscheduled work assignment which does not immediately precede or follow an employee's scheduled work hours (this, for example, does not apply to a prescheduled early call-in or in cases of overtime authorized as an extension of a regular shift).
Call-Back Pay. An employee who is called back to work following the completion of his regularly scheduled work and who has left the Company’s property will be paid two hours regular pay or provided a minimum of two hours work at the Company’s discretion.

More Definitions of Call-Back Pay

Call-Back Pay. An employee who has left the plant and is called back to work shall work and receive no less than four (4) hours of overtime pay at his/her regular straight time rate of pay, or the applicable straight time rate of pay for the job performed, whichever is greater.
