Common use of BACKGROUND CHECKS/SECURITY CLEARANCE Clause in Contracts

BACKGROUND CHECKS/SECURITY CLEARANCE. All Contractor’s employees or subcontractors who provide services at facilities of the Department of Corrections (DOC) and Department of Social and Human Services (DSHS), or other similarly secure facilities of other eligible Purchasers, must pass a security background check, if required or at the request of the Purchaser. Contractor shall comply with requests for additional background checks and or safety requirements, to be cleared for access to Purchaser facilities.
