Blasting Blasting shall be permitted only for road construction purposes unless advance permission is obtained from Forest Service. Whenever the Industrial Fire Precaution Level is II or greater, a fire security person equipped with a long handled round point No. 0 or larger shovel and a 5 gallon backpack pump can filled with water, will stay at location of blast for 1 hour after blasting is done. Blasting may be suspended by Forest Service, in areas of high rate of spread and resistance to control. Fuses shall not be used for blasting. Explosive cords shall not be used without permission of Forest Service, which may specify conditions under which such explosives may be used and precautions to be taken.
Vaccinations Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, pursuant to Article II of the General Appropriations Act, none of the General Revenue Funds appropriated to the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) may be used for the purpose of promoting or advertising COVID-19 vaccinations in the 2024-25 biennium. It is also the intent of the legislature that to the extent allowed by federal law, any federal funds allocated to DSHS shall be expended for activities other than promoting or advertising COVID-19 vaccinations. Contractor represents and warrants that it is not ineligible, nor will it be ineligible during the term of this Contract, to receive appropriated funding pursuant to Article II.
Supply Chain Monitoring A copy of the supply chain monitoring process, which should include details of the process for monitoring the financial viability of the supply chain (including timing), together with any known risks to supply chain stability and material changes to the supply chain. This should include extracts from Board level meetings, risk registers etc where any of the above items have been discussed. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner agree to report to each other in writing as soon as practical all accidents or occurrences resulting in injuries to any person, including death, and any property damage arising out of this Agreement.
Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.
Between Users If there is a dispute between users of the Website, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that Company is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users, you hereby release Company, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or the Company Services.
System Monitoring to ensure safe and continuous operation, the Customer must monitor key services and resource use as recommended by Deswik, and provide Deswik with details of monitoring and any relevant alerts as needed. Services to be monitors include, without limitation, disk space, CPU usage, memory usage, database connectivity, and network utilization.
Cross Connection For a collocation arrangement, the facilities between the collocating Party’s equipment and the equipment or facilities of the housing Party (such as the housing Party’s digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame, or other suitable frame or panel).
Service Monitoring Customer gives express consent for Vodafone to monitor Customer’s use of the Service (and disclose and otherwise use the information obtained) only to: (a) the extent allowed by Applicable Law; (b) comply with Applicable Law; (c) protect the Network from misuse; (d) protect the integrity of the public internet and/or Vodafone’s systems and Networks; (e) the extent necessary to determine if Customer has breached any conditions or restrictions on use of the Service; (f) provide the Service; and/or (g) take other actions agreed or requested by Customer.
