FINISH COATS. 1. The Contractor shall use finish coat materials that are compatible with the prime coats actually used. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to ensure compatibility of finish coat with prime coats. Where there are no compatible same manufacturer systems, the Contractor shall submit the requested finish coat manufacturer’s data to the Service Coordinator for approval. The Contractor shall not proceed until approval has been provided in writing by the County.
