Balance and Transaction History. It is your responsibility to keep a record of the loads, withdrawals, fees, and other transactions on your Card so that you always will know the current balance of funds on your Card. This information is available by calling us at the customer service telephone number provided in this Agreement, online at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx if and to the extent we provide online services in connection with the Card, or using our mobile device services, if and to the extent we provide mobile device services in connection with the Card. When you conduct a transaction at a Terminal, you generally will be provided with a receipt for the transaction. We will not mail you a periodic statement regarding your Card transactions, except as required by applicable law. However, you may obtain a history of your Card transactions which shows at least the last 60 days of activity (i) by visiting xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, where you may view, print, or electronically save to your computer or device your transactions history, if and to the extent we provide online services in connection with the Card, or (ii) by calling us at the customer service telephone number provided in this Agreement and requesting us to mail you a copy of your transaction history. Because of operational constraints related to the processing or posting transactions on your Card, balance information and transactions histories you obtain may not reflect transactions that are still in process at the time the information is provided. You may be required to accept separate terms and conditions in order to use online and/or mobile device services we may make available in connection with the Card. If you request to speak in person to one of our call center agents, or if you request us to mail a written transaction history to you, you may be charged a fee as disclosed in this Agreement.

When you conduct a transaction at a Terminal, you generally will be provided with a receipt for the transaction; however, you may not receive a receipt from the Terminal owner for certain small value transactions. We will not mail you a periodic statement regarding your Card transactions, except as required by applicable law, however, you may obtain a history of your Card transactions as described above. Because of operational constraints related to pro- cessing or posting transactions on your Card, balance information and transaction histories you obtain may not reflect transactions that are still in process at the time the information is provided. If you request a balance inquiry at an ATM Terminal, if you request to speak in person to one of our call center agents, or if you request us to mail a written transaction history to you, you may be charged a fee as disclosed in this Agreement.

Balance and Transaction History. When you conduct a transaction at a Terminal, you generally will be provided with a receipt for the transaction; however, you may not receive a receipt if the amount of the transaction is $15 or less. If you have arranged to have direct deposits made to your Card at least once every 60 days by your employer or other payor, you can call us at 0-000-000-0000 to find out whether or not a particular direct deposit has been made. It is your responsibility to keep a record of the loads, withdrawals and other transactions, and fees on your Card so that you always will know the current balance of funds on your Card. You may obtain the current balance of funds on your Card (i) by calling us at the customer service telephone number provided in this Agreement, (ii) at any of our ATMs or at any Shared Network ATM Terminal, or (iii) at any of our branches. Your current balance also is available through Regions Online Banking, along with (i) a statement showing your transactions for the most recent monthly period, and (ii) a 12-month history of transactions on your Card. You may obtain a written history covering at least 24 months of transactions on your Card by calling us at the customer service telephone number provided in this Agreement, or by writing us at the customer service address provided in this Agreement. You will not be charged a fee for this written history. Because of operational constraints related to processing or posting transactions on your Card, balance information and transaction histories you obtain may not reflect transactions that are still in process at the time the information is provided.

  • Receipts and Transaction History You may view your transaction history by logging into the Service and looking at your transaction history. You agree to review your transactions by this method instead of receiving receipts by mail.

  • Litigation History There shall be no consistent history of court/arbitral award decisions against the Tenderer, in the last (Specify years). All parties to the contract shall furnish the information in the appropriate form about any litigation or arbitration resulting from contracts completed or ongoing under its execution over the year’s specified. A consistent history of awards against the Tenderer or any member of a JV may result in rejection of the tender.

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing 5.2.1 The Parties shall jointly establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks between CLEC and CBT by which they will jointly provide Tandem-transported Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic from and to CLEC's Customers. 5.2.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access and non-translated Toll Free traffic (e.g., 800/888) to allow CLEC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier that is connected to the CBT access Tandem. 5.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be one-way or two-way trunks, as mutually agreed, connecting an End Office Switch that CLEC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access Service in the given LATA to an access Tandem Switch CBT utilizes to provide Exchange Access in the LATA.

  • Summer Session A. All ASEs employed in the Summer Session shall receive the same general range adjustment as ASEs received in the preceding Fall term. B. The following articles apply to ASEs who are employed in the summer session: Recognition, Wages (range adjustment only), DCP, Travel, Health and Safety, Leaves, Holidays, Duration, Workspace and Instructional Support, Parking, Grievance and Arbitration, Waiver, Management and Academic Rights, No Strikes, Non-Discrimination, Union Access and Rights, Union Security, Discipline and Dismissal, Emergency Layoff, Employment Files and Evaluations, Definitions, Severability, Labor-Management Meetings, and Classifications. C. The remainder of the articles in the agreement does not apply to ASEs who are employed in the summer session. D. The topic of Summer Session, and effects of changes on terms and conditions of employment for ASEs employed in Summer Session, shall be reopened for bargaining commencing no later than January 2, 2001.

  • Fund Transactions The Advisor is authorized to select the brokers or dealers that will execute the purchases and sales of portfolio securities for the Fund. With respect to brokerage selection, the Advisor shall seek to obtain the best overall execution for fund transactions, which is a combination of price, quality of execution and other factors. The Advisor may, in its discretion, purchase and sell portfolio securities from and to brokers and dealers who provide the Advisor with brokerage, research, analysis, advice and similar services, and the Advisor may pay to these brokers and dealers, in return for such services, a higher commission or spread than may be charged by other brokers and dealers, provided that the Advisor determines in good faith that such commission is reasonable in terms either of that particular transaction or of the overall responsibility of the Advisor to the Fund and its other clients and that the total commission paid by the Fund will be reasonable in relation to the benefits to the Fund and its other clients over the long-term. The Advisor will promptly communicate to the officers and the trustees of the Trust such information relating to portfolio transactions as they may reasonably request.

  • CERTIFICATION REGARDING CERTAIN FOREIGN-OWNED COMPANIES IN CONNECTION WITH CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE (Texas law as of September 1, 2021) By submitting a proposal to this Solicitation, you certify that you agree to the following required by Texas law as of September 1, 2021: Proposing Company is prohibited from entering into a contract or other agreement relating to critical infrastructure that would grant to the company direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure in this state, excluding access specifically allowed by the Proposing Company for product warranty and support purposes. Company, certifies that neither it nor its parent company nor any affiliate of company or its parent company, is (1) owned by or the majority of stock or other ownership interest of the company is held or controlled by individuals who are citizens of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or a designated country; (2) a company or other entity, including governmental entity, that is owned or controlled by citizens of or is directly controlled by the government of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or a designated country; or (3) headquartered in China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or a designated country. For purposes of this contract, “critical infrastructure” means “a communication infrastructure system, cybersecurity system, electric grid, hazardous waste treatment system, or water treatment facility.” See Tex. Gov’t Code § 2274.0101(2) of SB 1226 (87th leg.). The company verifies and certifies that company will not grant direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, except for product warranty and support purposes, to prohibited individuals, companies, or entities, including governmental entities, owned, controlled, or headquartered in China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or a designated country, as determined by the Governor.

  • Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring In the event of a health service integration with another service provider the Employer and the Union agree to meet. (a) The Employer shall notify affected employees and the Union as soon as a formal decision to integrate is taken. (b) The Employer and the Union shall begin discussions concerning the specifics of the integration forthwith after a decision to integrate is taken. (c) As soon as possible in the course of developing a plan for the implementation of the integration the Employer shall notify affected employees and the Union of the projected staffing needs, and their location.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.
