Common use of Ballot Boxes Clause in Contracts

Ballot Boxes. The Lodge shall be permitted, upon prior notification to the Chief, to place a ballot box at Department headquarters for the purpose of collecting members' ballots on all Lodge issues subject to ballot. Such box shall be the property of the Lodge and neither the ballot box nor its contents shall be subject to the Department's review.
