Ballot Boxes. The Union shall be permitted, upon prior notification to the University, to place a ballot box at the work site for the purpose of collecting members’ ballots on all Union issues subject to ballot. Such box shall be the property of the Union and neither the ballot box nor its contents shall be subject to the University’s review.
