Common use of Ballot Boxes Clause in Contracts

Ballot Boxes. The O.L.C. shall be permitted, with prior notification to the Chief of Police, to place ballot boxes at each of the four (4) union-member work sites for the purpose of collecting members' ballots on all O.L.C. issues subjected to ballot, except ballots regarding job action. Such boxes shall be the property of the O.L.C. and neither the ballot boxes nor the ballots shall be subjected to the City's review.
