Band arrangement. In accordance with the COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION (2014/276/EU) of 2 May 2014 in the frequency band 3400-3600 MHz the preferred duplex mode of operation is Time Division Duplex (TDD), but Frequency Division Duplex (FDD) may also be used under certain circumstances. In the frequency band 3600-3800 MHz the duplex mode of operation is TDD. The assigned blocks shall be in multiple of 5 MHz. The first lower block edge is at the frequency of 3400 MHz in case of TDD operation and 3410 MHz in case of FDD operation.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.

  • Indemnity The Warrant Agent shall be liable hereunder only for its own gross negligence, willful misconduct or bad faith. The Company agrees to indemnify the Warrant Agent and save it harmless against any and all liabilities, including judgments, costs and reasonable counsel fees, for anything done or omitted by the Warrant Agent in the execution of this Agreement, except as a result of the Warrant Agent’s gross negligence, willful misconduct or bad faith.
