Bank Establishment. There is hereby created a Sick Leave Bank which shall be administered by the ESSA. The ESSA shall indemnify and save the District harmless against any claim by any person or entity rising out of any use or claimed misuse or nonuse of the Sick Leave Bank. This provision shall not be subject to the grievance procedure.
