Base Salary and Index. A. Salaries shall be increased four percent (4%) for the 2019-20 school year; salaries shall be increased two percent (2%) for the 2020-21 school year; and salaries shall be increased two percent (2%) for the 2021-22 school year. B. These salaries shall become effective as of August of each year. The salary is based on a 183 day school year. Index steps are based on semester hours.
