BASIC SERVICES - PERCENTAGE OF CONSTRUCTION COST. 1.2.1 Compensation for basic services shall be a percentage of construction cost based on each awarded Project Construction Contract for which the Professional provides services and in accordance with Article 6. 1.2.2 Fee Complexity The building classification for the Project as defined in Subparagraph 6.2.1 shall be as represented by the letter value of the fee complexity. 1.2.3 Where the fee complexity value above includes a "+", the Project embraces substantial renovation and/or repairs and the total fee shall be 115% of the basic fee shown in Subparagraph 6.2.2 and as indicated by the “letter” value in Subparagraph 1.
