Consulting Services 7. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, and except as set forth in the paragraph below, the Borrower shall apply quality- and cost-based selection for selecting and engaging Consulting Services.
Basic Services The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services include all disciplines identified in Article 15 and all related usual and customary design, consultant, and other services necessary and reasonably inferable to complete the Project, or any phase of the Project, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of this Agreement.
The Services The HSP agrees to provide the Services on the terms and conditions of this PFA including all of its Appendices and schedules.
PAYMENTS TO CONSULTANT 5.1 The total compensation for Consultant’s performance of the Services shall not exceed the amount of One hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Two hundred and two dollars ($137,202) for the three (3) year term of this agreement. City shall pay Consultant on a time and materials basis up to the not to exceed amount, in accordance with Exhibit “B” entitled “Project Costs and Hourly Rates.” Exhibit “B” is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
