Basic Travel Card Service. CCC's Basic Travel Card Service is intended for residential and small business Customers to make calls from any non-rotary dialed telephone to any international location by dialing 1 + 800 + NXX + XXXX (or the appropriate number in the originating country), receiving a prompting tone, then entering the Customer's personal identification number (PIN) assigned by CCC followed by the telephone number of the called party. Customers of this service should have CCC as their primary interexchange carrier. Rates and charges associated with CCC’s Basic Travel Card Service to all international points served by CCC are set forth in Section 6.15. A per call surcharge of $1.75 will be applied to each completed call. Calls will be billed with a sixty (60) second minimum and in sixty (60) second increments. As of April 1, 1999, new Customers utilizing this service will be billed according to rates listed in Section 6.16.

Basic Travel Card Service. Promotion A CCC offers the Basic Travel Card Service Promotion A which has the same features and benefits as CCC’s Travel Card Service as listed in Section 5.7. The promotion will only be offered to Customers in the geographical areas served by applicable Local Exchange Carriers and is subject to time limitations. Rates and charges for Basic Travel Card Service Promotion A from originating locations within the contiguous United States to international locations served by CCC are set forth in Section 6.16. A sixty (60) second minimum will apply to each completed call, and thereafter, Customers shall be billed at sixty (60) second increments.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Service Activation For new customers - the services are activated immediately after successful processing of payment and our fraud detection software approves the order. The payment verification procedure is obligatory and if we fail to approve a transaction within 48 hours of the payment submission, the funds will be credited back to the payer and the order will be cancelled. Free Trials - All free trial orders are manually processed. If we deem your order to be suspicious or high risk, we will notify you and request additional information before process the order. Failure to comply with our request for more information will result in cancellation of the order. For existing customers - the services for existing customers, including upgrade services and renewals, are activated immediately after our Sales Department receives the according service payment.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Service Activation Date Billing for the Service Component will begin on the Service Activation Date, as specified below, for the specific Service type. The Service Activation Date is the date (i) Equipment is installed and tested at the Customer’s locations, and (ii) IP connectivity to LightEdge has been established.
