Batch Hot Cut Rates. The base Batch Hot Cut price is $27.50 per line unless the incentive thresholds below are met. If the number of CLEC’s QPP™ lines as of October 31, 2005 equals or exceeds 90% of the sum of CLEC’s QPP™ and UNE-P lines as of October, 31, 2004, the Batch Hot Cut rate for CLEC will be reduced to $23 per line for Batch Hot Cuts performed during the time period from January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006. If the number of CLEC’s QPP™ lines as of October 31, 2006 equals or exceeds 90% of the sum of CLEC’s QPP™ and UNE-P lines as of October, 31, 2005, the Batch Hot Cut rate for CLEC will be reduced to $18.50 per line for Batch Hot Cuts performed during the time period from January 1, 2007 through end of the term of this Amendment. For purposes of this section, the number of QPP™ lines and the sum of QPP™ and UNE-P lines shall be calculated on a regionwide basis that includes all states in which this Amendment is in effect.

  • Billing Rates The Contractor shall be reimbursed for the services performed by its employees under the terms of this Agreement at the lesser of employee’s billing rate set forth in the Budget or the employee’s billing rate applicable at the time the Work is performed. Such billing rates shall be inclusive of actual Cash-based Expenses in the form of wages paid the employee, fringe benefits, overhead, general and administrative (G&A), and other indirect costs. Contractor hereby warrants and guarantees that the billing rates charged herein are Contractor’s customary billing rates for performance of work of the type described in the Statement of Work attached hereto.

  • Hourly Wage Rates The Employer shall pay wages to every employee covered by this Agreement at the rates set forth in Schedule "A" hereunto annexed in respect of the various classifications therein contained. Schedule "A" shall be deemed to be contained in, and form a part of this Agreement.

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above.
