BATTERY RECYCLING. If Seller's Products contain separate batteries or batteries replacable by End-Users, Seller shall establish a "used battery return program," whereby Buyer and End-Users of Seller's Products may obtain information on recycling used batteries through a nationwide toll-free "800" telephone number. Information concerning this program shall be included in the user information supplied with Products and replacement batteries.
BATTERY RECYCLING. Lead/acid batteries from vessels on–site are to be returned to the origin of purchase.
BATTERY RECYCLING. Eliiy shall assist Enphase in the compliance with any Laws regarding the disposal of battery materials and other “eWaste,” as set forth in the RMA process. Enphase shall be solely responsible for the disposal and costs of disposal of battery materials and other “eWaste” components; provided however, that if there is a defect in the Product, then Eliiy shall be solely responsible for the disposal and costs of disposal of the Product under Warranty claim or Epidemic Failure.

  • Recycling If this Agreement provides for the purchase or use of goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), this section is applicable with respect to those goods. Without limiting the foregoing, if this Agreement includes (i) document printing, (ii) parts cleaning, or (iii) janitorial and building maintenance services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible. Upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of PCC 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

  • Red Flags Services (1) The provisions of this Section 3(c) (the “Red Flags Section”) shall apply in the event the Fund elects to receive the “Red Flags Services”, which are hereby defined to mean the following services:
