Supply and Purchase. During the Term, Qorvo agrees to manufacture and supply (or have manufactured and supplied) to Zomedica the Products upon the terms set forth in this Agreement and the applicable SOWs. The Products will conform to the Specifications and requirements set forth in the applicable SOWs. Qorvo will be responsible for entering into necessary supply contracts for reagents and other components required to manufacture the Cartridges. Zomedica will purchase all of Zomedica’s Purchase Requirements for the Products during each applicable period.

Supply and Purchase. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, HHH shall purchase from CCC, and CCC shall sell and deliver to HHH, Component Products in accordance with the terms of this Section 5.

Supply and Purchase. Except otherwise set forth herein, during the term of this Agreement and with respect to Product for which Elixir is obligated to pay Kissei royalties hereunder, Kissei shall supply Elixir with, and Elixir shall purchase exclusively from Kissei all of the quantities of the Compound which Elixir and its Affiliates and Elixir Sublicensees require for the formulation, marketing, distribution, promotion and sales of such Product in the Territory.

Supply and Purchase. BioVectra agrees to manufacture for and supply to Omthera or its designee on an exclusive basis such quantities of Product as Omthera may order from BioVectra, and Omthera agrees to purchase such quantities of Product from BioVectra, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
