Upon request by Nexell, Baxter shall assign to Nexell right of reference and/or any other rights available under FDA regulations or policies to allow Nexell to cross-reference the Regulatory Files. In addition, Baxter shall provide Nexell with reasonable access to and a copy of such portions of the Regulatory Files relating to the Supplied Products as Nexell shall reasonably request.
