BBQ. The Hall has a Xxxxx BBQ, kept as new, available for hire upon request from May until September at a cost of £40.00 to include gas, tools and after use cleaning. This is the only BBQ we allow on site.
BBQ. Use of the gas BBQ on the Deck is included with the rental of the Great Room. The renter assumes responsibility for the use of this appliance and agrees to turn off the gas valve after use.
BBQ. If the Property has a barbeque (BBQ) available for common use by residents, the following Guidelines apply to its use:
(a) Residents must only use the BBQ for its intended purpose;
(b) Resident(s) who use the BBQ must keep it tidy and clean it after each use; and
(c) Due to the inherent fire hazards, residents are not permitted to bring in or use a BBQ in the Property (including the room and/ or the apartment), other than those supplied by the Property.
BBQ. Please scrape and clean the BBQ prior to departure. Turn off BBQ gas after every use. If you need to swap/refill the BBQ gas cylinder please provide us with a receipt so we can reimburse you.
BBQ. A BBQ is located on the upper lanai for Tenant use. Tenant MUST INSURE that Lanai doors are closed prior to operating the BBQ to prevent smoke from entering the unit. Any smoke damage from improper usage will be Tenants responsibility.

BBQ. Bryn Xxxxx Xxxx has several Xxxxx BBQs available for hire upon request from May until September. The cost of hire is £40.00 for a single use or £80.00 for the duration of stay to include gas, tools and after use cleaning. These are the only BBQs we allow on site.
BBQ. (a) Guests must ensure that all windows and doors are closed prior to using the BBQ.
(b) Guests must not remove the lid from the BBQ or move the BBQ from the balcony.
(c) Guests must check the connections to the gas bottle prior to using the BBQ and must turn off the gas bottle immediately after using the BBQ.
(d) If the BBQ runs out of gas, the Guest is to notify the Landlord prior to the end of the Booking Period. A spare gas bottle is located in the garage cupboard. The empty gas bottle is to be left next to the BBQ or in front of the garage cupboard.
(e) Guests must clean the BBQ after use. If the BBQ is not left in a clean state, a $50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the Security Bond.
BBQ. The Berowra District Hall is not equipped with a BBQ that can be used by Hirers. The Berowra Lions Club’s Mobile BBQ is not available for the use of Hirers. Hirers may bring their own BBQ for use during their function, but such BBQ may NOT be brought inside the Hall.
BBQ. There is a common BBQ for our guests. Please keep the grill clean and tidy and turn off the propane when finished.
