Common Use definition

Common Use means any Goods, Services or Works procured by the Council which are required for use by more than one Department of the Council or by Maintained Schools.
Common Use. Facilities shall mean collectively the Distribution Common Use Facilities and the Transmission Common Use Facilities, and individually, as the context requires, Distribution Common Use facilities if located at a Distribution-Owned Substation and Transmission Common Use Facilities if located at a Transmission-Owned Substation.

  • Company will take all reasonable measures to reduce to a minimum vibrations that may cause damage to any equipment, structure, building or portion of any building whether on the Premises, Common Use Areas, or located elsewhere on the Airport, and to keep the sound level of its operation as low as possible.

  • Company further expressly agrees for itself, its successors and assigns, to prevent any use of the Premises or Common Use Areas that would interfere with or adversely affect the operation or maintenance of Airport, or otherwise constitute an Airport hazard.


More Definitions of Common Use

Common Use means the nonexclusive use in common by Airline and other duly authorized tenants of Airport facilities and appurtenances together with all improvements, equipment, and services which have been or may hereafter be provided for such Common Use.

When determining the number of Signatory Airlines sharing in the ten percent (10%) portion of the Common Use Formula, all individual Affiliated Airline Companies for each Signatory Airline shall be combined and considered a single Signatory Airline.
Common Use. Premises shall mean those non-preferential areas of the Airport (excluding Public Space) used in common by Airline, along with other authorized users of the Airport, along with all facilities, improvements, equipment and services which are, or hereafter may be, provided for such common use, as shown in Exhibit B, attached hereto.
