Booking Period. Booking Periods can be made on the hour, such as 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM or 12:00 PM. Bookings must be made in one-hour increments only and a minimum booking period may apply. Member bookings are permitted only during designated member booking periods. This booking period includes check in, equipment set-up, data offloading, tear-down and check-out. You are required to tidy up after yourself and ensure that all equipment is clean and reset. Please refer to the “Zero State Guidelines” as an example of how the studio should be set up before and after your use of the space. Penalty charges may apply in the event you fail to clear the studio at the end of your booking time and leave the studio in Zero State. Please ensure all equipment is wrapped up in its appropriate storage case and on the cart at the end of your booking. This includes zeroing out light stands and tripods, coiling all cables and reseting all furniture items.
Booking PeriodThe booking period you select for the hire service is 'inclusive'. For example, a 4-day hire period can mean that your item will be picked up by Friday and you will return on Monday. In this example, both the Friday and the Monday are included in the 4-day period. Ideally pickup 1 or 2 days before the day you intend to wear the item(s). At all times, the rental items are and remain the property of Kazzas Closet Hire and we reserve the right to retrieve the item at any time. You may be asked for identification. If this isn't provided, we reserve the right to refuse the booking. Items should be returned back to Kazzas Closet Hire. If your "Return on" date falls on a Sunday or a public holiday, you may return the item on the next working day. If for any reason you return the rental item(s) after the specified return date, late fees may apply. We will often allow a grace period of 1-2 days for this, but only if it doesn't affect a future booking for another customer. If it does affect this, late fees will be enforced. The fee charged for each day late will be your rental price divided by the number of days you've rented for, up to 20% above the listed RRP of the item. For example, if you selected a 4-day hire and the rental fee was $100, late fees would be charged at $25 for each day late.
