BBQ GRILL. Guests acknowledge they shall not leave the bbq grill unattended while in use to include heating the grill up. Any damage to the grill due to it being left unattended will result in a replacement charge of $300. Guests acknowledge they are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use. Failure to clean the grill will result in a $25 charge. BUNK BED LIABILITY WAIVER (where applicable) Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved include bunk beds for use by guests, and the use of the bunk bed and surrounding area are at Tenants own risk. Tenant assums full responsibility and liability for usage of these facilities. If Xxxxxx chooses to bring a child (or children) to the property, Xxxxxx agrees to accept full resposibility for child's safety. This includes use and access to the bunk beds. Tenants are solely responsibile for monitoring children and others. iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any responsibility or liability for misuse or accidents. Xxxxxx agrees to all the above conditions and agrees to always supervise any child or others while staying at premises. Xxxxxxx further agrees to hold iTrip and Owner harmless, and yo indemnify iTrip and Owner for any injuries to anyone while using the bunk beds and surrounding area. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Xxxxxx accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the bunk beds.
BBQ GRILL. As a courtesy, we provide complimentary gas BBQ grill to our guests. Guests who use the BBQ grills are responsible for cleaning them after their use. Guests may be charged up to $100 for cleaning of the grill if they are not cleaned by the guest after use. Guests are solely responsible for using appropriate safety precautions in using grills on the Premises, and shall be liable for all damage resulting from misuse of any grill.
BBQ GRILL. Outdoor BBQ grill and outdoor fridge may not be operational, but tenant accepts as-is. If tenant chooses to, they are allowed to bring their own outdoor BBQ grill if current grill is not working. Any potential damage caused by any outdoor BBQ grill is tenant's financial responsibility.
