Beginning on July 1, 2011. when considering the granting of a stipend for national certification of a professional-technical employee, the employee shall not be compensated more than Step 15 of the employee’s direct supervisor. This may result in compensation that will be less than the 8% stipend amount. Future review and adjustment will be made should the direct supervisor change.
