Provision of Services (a) The HSP will provide the Services in accordance with, and otherwise comply with:
(1) the terms of this Agreement;
(2) Applicable Law; and
Location of Services Subcontractor will provide the Services at the following address(es): _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________.
TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. You must return all cards to the Credit Union. You also agree to notify any participating merchants that authority to make xxxx payment transfers has been revoked. We may also terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing. If we terminate this Agreement, we may notify any participating merchants making preauthorized debits or credits to any of your accounts that this Agreement has been terminated and that we will not accept any further preauthorized transaction instructions. We may also program our computer not to accept your card or access code for any EFT service. Whether you or the Credit Union terminates this Agreement, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this Agreement for any electronic transactions made prior to termination.
Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.
Modification of Services Credit Union reserves the right to modify the Service from time to time without making prior notice to Member, provided, however, that Credit Union will give you at least thirty (30) days notice prior to making any modifications to the Service that would materially alter their functionality.
ADS Services Up to U.S. $5.00 per 100 ADSs (or fraction thereof) held on the applicable record date(s) established by the Depositary. Person holding ADSs on the applicable record date(s) established by the Depositary.
Cessation of services The delegation or assignment of CONTRACTOR’s services, operation or administration to another entity without the prior written consent of COUNTY.
Coordination of Services Consultant agrees to work closely with City staff in the performance of Services and shall be available to City’s staff, consultants and other staff at all reasonable times.
Service Provision Subject to, and in accordance with, the terms and conditions in this Agreement, the Operator will provide the Services (either directly or by making its facilities and services available to other Physicians) to:
(a) those Clients of Physicians who arrange for use of the Facility for the purposes of providing surgical services to such Clients, or
(b) in cases only where referral by a Physician is not required, those Clients who present themselves directly to the Operator and who request the Services, provided that in each instance, the provision of the Services requested is both clinically and ethically appropriate, constitutes the provision of a service which is Insured to a person eligible to receive those Services and is provided during the Term.
Transitional Services Upon cancellation, termination, or expiration of the Contract for any reason, the Contractor shall provide reasonable cooperation, assistance and Services, and shall assist the Department to facilitate the orderly transition of the work under the Contract to the Department and/or to an alternative contractor selected for the transition upon written notice to the Contractor at least thirty (30) business days prior to termination or cancellation, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.
