Common use of Beneficiary Coverage Clause in Contracts

Beneficiary Coverage. References herein to a benefit with respect to a Transferred Employee or Available Employee shall include, where applicable, benefits with respect to any eligible dependents and beneficiaries of such Transferred Employee or Available Employee under the terms of the relevant employee benefit policy, plan, arrangement, program, practice, or agreement.
