BENEFIT EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2004. Effective January 1, 2004, the Hospital shall provide for an annuity retirement plan for the employees retiring after that date for future benefits service of two and forty-five hundredths percent (2.45%) of the first $400 of base monthly salary on January 1 for each year of credited future service with the hospital, and future benefits service of two and forty-five hundredths (2.45%) percent of the balance of base monthly salary on January 1 for each year of future credited service with the Hospital. Future service shall be defined in the Operation Manual of the Pension Plan.
