Benefit Pro-Ration for Part-Time Employees. Benefits for part-time employees under the following contract provisions will be pro-rated based on a straight monthly pro-ration of time worked. “Time worked” includes actual time worked and any form of paid leave and/or compensatory time that the employee utilizes during the month.
