– Benefits Compliance. It is the intent of the parties that the salary and insurance settlement herein comply with law. If said salary or insurance increase contained herein is found to be in violation of compensation lids set by the Legislature and/or established by the office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, these provisions herein shall be void and subject to renegotiation.
– Benefits Compliance. The Companies maintain no “employee benefit plans” nor has any current or future obligation or liability or under which any employee of the Companies has any current or future right to benefits.
