Common use of Benefits for Part-Time Teachers Clause in Contracts

Benefits for Part-Time Teachers. A part-time teacher, teaching at least half-time, shall be eligible to participate in the benefit plan provided in L7.01, the cost of which shall be pro-rated in the same ratio as the part-time employment bears to full-time employment.
