BENEFITS TO MEMBERS. To help xxxxxx and maintain a strong relationship between Member and CAMS, the following are examples of benefits that will be made available to Member: • Listing in MIT CAMS publications and the MIT CAMS website as a Member of Cybersecurity at MIT Xxxxx. • Participation in meetings in which students, faculty, and staff present their early findings, as well as receiving copies of CAMS work in progress reports, and opportunity to provide feedback regarding the relationship to industrial and national needs. • Possibility to participate in student projects, case studies, and field studies. • Admittance for 2 participants to CAMS Member Only workshops and conferences. • Access to the Members Only page of the CAMS website (including early research papers and published conference materials). Advisory Members receive these additional benefits: • All of the benefits listed above for Members plus o Additional seats for participants at CAMS workshops and conferences. o Participation in CAMS research projects of mutual interest. o Participation in special CAMS limited attendance round table discussions. o One-on-one session with a CAMS researcher o Discounts on select events/Xxxxx executive education programs at MIT Executive Members receive these additional benefits: • All of the benefits listed above for Advisory Members plus o Invitation to participate on the CAMS Executive Board o Special recognition at CAMS events and on CAMS Website o One-on-One faculty contact, with quarterly consultations

  • Membership Benefits The benefits of CamCare programs are available only while your membership is current and active. Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period. Members have the ability to change their plan from one plan to another but the plans cannot be unbundled. Each plan has been designed carefully to include those elements associated with the main intent of a particular plan.

  • Sponsorship Benefits 3.1 INREV agrees to grant the Sponsor the above chosen and described sponsorship benefits.

  • Covered Benefits and Services The Contractor shall provide to its Hoosier Healthwise members, at a minimum, all benefits and services deemed “medically reasonable and necessary” and covered by the IHCP, and included in the Indiana Administrative Code and under the Contract with the State. A covered service is considered medically necessary if it meets the definition as set forth in 405 IAC 5-2-17. The Contractor shall deliver covered services sufficient in amount, duration or scope to reasonably expect that provision of such services would achieve the purpose of the furnished services. Costs for these services are the basis of the Contractor’s capitation rate and are, therefore, the responsibility of the Contractor. Coverage may not be arbitrarily denied or reduced and is subject to certain limitations in accordance with CFR 438.210(a)(4), which specifies when Contractors may place appropriate limits on services:  On the basis of criteria applied under the State plan, such as medical necessity; or  For the purpose of utilization control, provided the services furnished are sufficient in amount, duration or scope to reasonably be expected to achieve the purpose for which the services are furnished.

  • Contributions for OTPP Plan Members i. When an employee/plan member is on short term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OTPP contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.

  • Benefits of Contractor’s Employees The Contractor understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for shall be liable to all benefits that are provided to their employees, including but not limited to, retirement plans, health insurance, vacation time-off, sick pay, personal leave, or any other benefit provided.

  • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period. The Employee may use this payment, as well as any other payment made under this Section 6, for such continuation coverage or for any other purpose. To the extent the Employee pays the cost of such coverage, and the cost of such coverage is not deductible as a medical expense by the Employee, the Company shall "gross-up" the amount of such reimbursement for all taxes payable by the Employee on the amount of such reimbursement and the amount of such gross-up.

  • Member Benefits The members shall be entitled to the following benefits during the term of this Agreement, save and except as otherwise hereinafter provided:

  • Program Benefits Under the Probation Status, the Participating Contractor will be eligible for all contractor incentives, its customers will have access to financing offered through the Program, and income- eligible households will be eligible to receive Program incentives.

  • STAFF BENEFITS 7.1.1 The present staff benefits consisting of the University of Manitoba Pension Plan (1993), Group Term Life Insurance Plan, Group Term Dependent Insurance Plan, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (Basic), Accidental Death and Dismemberment (Voluntary), University of Manitoba Long-Term Disability Income Plan, Group Health Insurance Policy 20778 GH (including the Health Care Spending Account), Group Dental Plan Policy 67000, and the University Employee Assistance Program shall continue to cover eligible Members for the duration of this Agreement.

  • Multiple Individual Retirement Accounts In the event the depositor maintains more than one Individual Retirement Account (as defined in Section 408(a)) and elects to satisfy his or her minimum distribution requirements described in Article IV above by making a distribution from another individual retirement account in accordance with Item 6 thereof, the depositor shall be deemed to have elected to calculate the amount of his or her minimum distribution under this custodial account in the same manner as under the Individual Retirement Account from which the distribution is made.
