Participation and Cooperation in Quality (and Related) Programs. Without limitation, Medical Services Entity shall participate and cooperate in any internal and external Quality Management/Quality Improvement monitoring, utilization review, peer review and/or Appeal procedures established by Corporation and/or HSD.
