Benefits While on Long Term Disability. The Employer shall pay and keep in force one hundred (l00) percent of the cost of Employer Health Tax, Semi-Private Hospital, Extended Health, Dental Care and Vision benefits for the first two (2) years of long-term disability payments. In addition, the Employer shall extend such coverage for employees, remaining disabled within the terms of the long-term disability contract for an additional year for each year of full-time employment with the Employer in excess of two (2) years.
