BEREAVEMENT PAY BENEFITS. 2.01 Bereavement Pay Benefits in an amount of one hundred and sixty dollars ($160.00) shall be paid to an employee for up to three (3) days of lost work incurred as a result of the employee’s attendance at a funeral or memorial service upon the death of an employee’s Spouse, Child, Parent, Parent‐in‐Law, Grandparent or Sibling.
