Common use of Best Value Clause in Contracts

Best Value. Harrow undertakes that it will seek to achieve a continuous improvement in economy, efficiency and effectiveness (including productivity of the Staff) in carrying out its obligations throughout the term of the Agreement and will seek to deliver outcomes in less time and at less cost whilst maintaining quality; Barnet undertakes that they will use their reasonable endeavours to assist Harrow in achieving this on the basis that the improvements will benefit the communities of both Harrow and Barnet.

Best Value. Harrow undertakes that it will seek to achieve a continuous improvement in economy, efficiency and effectiveness (including productivity of the Staff) in carrying out its obligations throughout the term of the Agreement to deliver the savings agreed by the Parties and will seek to deliver outcomes in less time and at less cost whilst maintaining quality; Barnet Xxxxx undertakes that they it will use their its reasonable endeavours to assist Harrow in achieving this on the basis that the improvements will benefit the communities of both Harrow Xxxxx and BarnetHarrow.
